    Admission to Pinnacle Charter Schools

    Welcome to Pinnacle Charter Schools, where we offer a tuition-free, accredited education for students in grades 6-12. Our Arizona public charter schools are committed to providing a flexible and high-quality educational experience with the support of our highly qualified teachers.

    Enrollment Process

    Our enrollment process is streamlined into two key parts:

    Part 1: Registration Process

    1. Online Application: Begin by filling out our Online Application form.
    2. Required Documents: Submit the necessary documents:
      • Proof of Age/Identity
      • Proof of Arizona Residency (Note: Proof of Residency is not required for homeless students as per 42 U.S.C. § 11.432(g)(3)(C)(i)).

    Upon completing the online application, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

    Part 2: Admission Process The admission process starts once the registration is complete and all requested documentation is submitted. Here’s what you need:

    • McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Survey: Required under Subtitle B of Title VII of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11431 et seq.).
    • Proof of Immunization: Alternatively, submit a Medical Exemption Form or Personal Beliefs Exemption Form (A.R.S. §15-873).
    • Pupil Withdrawal Form: If transferring from another school in Arizona, a properly executed withdrawal form is needed (A.R.S. §15-827 (A), (B)).
    • Academic Records: High school transcripts or middle school promotion certificate for high school entrants; middle school students should provide report cards for appropriate course placement. Records requests are completed within 48 hours of registration.
    • Student Disciplinary History: Pinnacle may refuse registration to students who have been expelled or are in the process of being expelled from another institution. This does not apply to suspensions or behavior plans.

    Acceptance and Enrollment

    After submitting your application, you will receive a notification of acceptance within 24 hours, subject to seat availability at your selected site. Once all documents are verified, the student is officially enrolled in classes.

    Our Student Services Department will send a welcome email and a member of our team will contact you to discuss the next steps and address any questions you may have.
