    Records Requests at Pinnacle Charter Schools

    At Pinnacle Charter Schools, we prioritize providing accurate and timely access to student records. Here’s how to request your records smoothly and efficiently:

    How to Request Student Records

    1. Complete the Student Records Request Form: 
      • Download the form from our website or pick it up at any Pinnacle Charter Schools location.
      • Fill out all required details.
    2. Submit the Form:
      • Email: Send the completed form to records@mgrmedu.com, including a scanned copy of your photo ID for verification.
      • In-Person: Submit the form at any Pinnacle Charter Schools campus or the District Office.

    Required Documentation

    • Photo ID: A valid photo ID is required to verify your identity. For email requests, include a scanned copy of your ID and current address.
    • Authorization for Adult Students: For requests related to education verification for adult students (e.g., employers or military), include a formal request and authorization from the student.

    Processing Time

    • Standard Processing: As per law, We process and release transcripts within ten (10) business days of receiving the request.

    Types of Documents Available

    • Diploma and Transcript: Complete records including both diploma and academic transcript.
    • Diploma: Proof of high school graduation.
    • Enrollment Verification: Confirmation of current or past enrollment.
    • Graduation Verification: Confirmation of graduation status.
    • Official Transcript: Certified academic transcript.
    • Withdrawal Form: Documentation of withdrawal from the school.

    Receiving Records by Postal Mail

    • Mailing Address: Include your current mailing address in your request to receive records by postal mail. Double-check all details to avoid delays.

    Important Note for Eligible Students

    • FERPA Rights: Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), once a student turns 18 or attends a post-secondary institution, they become an “eligible student.” All rights previously held by parents under FERPA transfer to the student.
