    Admission to Pinnacle Charter Schools

    Welcome to Pinnacle Charter Schools! We offer a tuition-free, accredited education for students in grades 6-12 across our Arizona campuses. Our commitment to delivering a flexible and high-quality educational experience is backed by our team of highly qualified and certified educators. Here’s how you can join our community:

    Enrollment Process

    Our streamlined enrollment process is divided into two key steps to ensure a smooth transition for new students:

    Part 1: Registration Process

    1. Online Application: Start by completing our Online Registration Form.
    2. Submit Required Documents: 
      • Proof of Age/Identity
      • Proof of Arizona Residency: Note that proof of residency is not required for homeless students per 42 U.S.C. § 11.432(g)(3)(C)(i).

    Once your online registration form is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions.

    Part 2: Admission 

    After completing the registration and submitting all required documents, proceed with the following:

    1. McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Survey: Required as per Subtitle B of Title VII of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11431 et seq.).
    2. Proof of Immunization: Alternatively, submit a Medical Exemption Form or Personal Beliefs Exemption Form (A.R.S. §15-873).
    3. Pupil Withdrawal Form: If transferring from another Arizona school, a properly executed withdrawal form is needed (A.R.S. §15-827 (A), (B)).
    4. Academic Records: High school transcripts or middle school promotion certificates for high school students; middle school students should provide report cards for proper course placement. We process records requests within 48 hours of registration.
    5. Student Disciplinary History: Pinnacle may review and potentially refuse registration for students who have been expelled or are in the process of being expelled from another institution. This does not apply to suspensions or behavior plans.

    Acceptance and Enrollment

    Upon completing your application and submission of all required documents, you will receive an acceptance notification within 24 hours, depending on seat availability at your chosen site. After verification of all documents, your student will be officially enrolled.

    Our Student Services Department will send a welcome email, and a member of our team will contact you to discuss the next steps and answer any questions you may have.
